Michael Watson, Pastor

Pastor Watson has been a member of Trinity since the church opened in 2008. Through the years he served the Lord as a deacon, an assistant pastor, and since October 10, 2021, as the senior pastor.



Expository preaching and verse-by-verse Bible teaching are the foundation of Pastor Watson’s ministry. His desire is for people to come to salvation in Jesus Christ and for believers to take the next step of faith in their walk with the Lord. Pastor Watson earned a Bachelor of Divinity from The Bible Doctrine Institute in Jacksonville, FL, and is completing a Master of Theology from Frontline Bible Institute in Stamford, CT.  He has also had a successful career in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Pastor Watson and his wife Rebecca were married in 2008. Since then, the Lord has blessed them with five children.

Nathan Schwaderer, Associate Pastor

My family has been blessed with the opportunity to serve the Lord here at Trinity Baptist Church. Growing up in a Christian home gave me a great foundation for life. In my teenage years, God saved my soul and shortly after called me to preach. That path led to completing Bible Institute training. Then through various opportunities in ministry, I met my amazing wife Emily, and along the way, God blessed us with four wonderful children. Together as a family, we spent several years in Africa, as church-planting missionaries and saw the Lord do many great things!

Recently, God opened the door for me to serve with Pastor Watson as his Associate. It has been a blessing to help in the different ministries of the church. Currently, we have a study for young families during the Sunday school hour. The emphasis of this class is placed on the scriptures and how they apply to our marriages and our home. Also, on Wednesdays, we conduct a study that is geared toward our adolescent youth. Our emphasis is not on entertainment but on teaching the Bible, making practical application to their lives, and training them to be dedicated followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
